Hey amazing shoppers, if your purchase isn't making you do a happy dance, no worries!
Pop it back to us will happily issue a store credit within 14 working days of receiving your item(s) in our physical store nicely folded, in resaleable condition, with the correct packaging and with tags on (shoes in their box, please).
Just a heads-up, we can't cover the postage for returns.
Use your credit within a year (12 months) on anything but gift certificates at the Little Red Fox.
All store credits will be processed and sent via email in a voucher form with a code for you to copy and paste. Please check your junk and spam mail or feel free to contact us.
Remember, we're here if your item's not right, except for sale items. Please note we DO NOT offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged.
